Last transcension began at ~41K AS, zone cap was still z~1.3K, so recommended AS allocation was drastically different (and I took some liberties and overinvested in Phan & Pony), but it's a perfect way of seeing the actual difference most Outsiders actually make: CSV files from my current and last transcension. The result: the main focus past 27K AS is traversing more zones, aka Borb. The new outsiders -Raqueist, Kariqua, etc.- were intended to make a difference in that sense, but ultimately fail due to the second design change I mentioned above: the big paradigm shift of progressing through hero upgrades vs.
#100, than at z200K from ascension #75 in trans #105 (see actual data below), all this at a constant 2mpz too (Kuma worked differently before dec). Since 1st mob/zone is instantly beaten (DPS allowing), technically it's 1 mpz (4 out of 5 zones since each 5th zone is a boss, aka insta-progress) vs 9 mpz, aka you can make progress up to 9 times faster thanks to Borb 27K AS you are stuck at ~25% TP and there's no way to significantly increase neither your TP nor the HS you'll be getting out of the same zones each ascension, even across transcensions unless you purposedly shoot yourself in the foot by dropping zero AS into Pony, from 27K AS onward you will be getting nearly the same HS at z200K from ascension #12 in trans. What Borb does is maintaining 2 monsters per zone (mpz) longer. What smart AS / HS allocation can do for you is greatly speed up your zone progression, meaning you will be able to reach a much higher HZE in way less time.
Technically speaking, your HZ(E) is the Highest Zone you've Ever reached, and no Outsiders AS allocation will change that. But i'm still a little confsed - am i getting you right, that the calculators work the way they are supposed to and leveling the outsiders that way would really increase my current highest zone?
